Read-a-Thon Wrap-Up (and winners!)

We want to send out a BIG thank you to everyone who participated and supported us!! We had a great time and hope everyone else did too.

So what did we accomplish?

  • I (Tara SG) spent the whole 12 hours reading or updating (maybe too much time updating…). I finished Poison Study and was almost done with Magic Study (so I stayed up for an extra an hour to finish it as well)! I’ll get the full reviews written this weekend. Did you see the interview I got to do with author Kersten Hamilton?
  • Amanda also read and updated for the whole 12 hours! She finished Prior Bad Acts and got most of the way through Easy Prey.
  • Elie read for about 4 1/2 hours and finished up Guardian of the Dead and started Minder.
  • Mrs DeRaps read from four different books; Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix, Ash by Melinda Lo, This is What I Want To Tell You by Heather Duffy Stone, and Poetry Speaks Who I Am edited by Elise Paschen and Dominique Raccah.
  • Lexie finished The Princess and the Hound by Mette Ivie Harrison and is currently reading Raised by Wolves by Jennifer Lynn Barnes.
  • Felicia read Killing Me Softly by Maggie Shayne and started The Struggle.
  • Stacey finished up Lucid Intervals by Stuart Woods and started Living Dead in Dallas.
  • Stormi worked on Jekel Loves Hyde by Beth Fantaskey.
  • Kate read for over 4 hours and finished up Sleepless by Cyn Balog, and got about 3/4 through Brightly Woven by Alexandra Bracken.
  • Stacey B read for 4 hours and finished up “Confessions of a Triple Shot Betty”. She is excited to start reading “Under the Dome” next.
  • Tiffany got through a third of Soulless!
  • Kristen worked on The Search for WondLa by Tony DiTerlizzi and The Day Keeper’s Grimoire (Prophecy of Days, book 1) by Christy Raedeke.
  • ** If you joined in and I missed you in the wrap-up PLEASE let me know!

Prize Winners!!

Thank you so much to everyone who joined in!

Thanks–Those book marks will come in handy with all of my voracious teen readers! Awesome read-a-thon. I hope there are more to come.
