I honestly don’t even know where to start! I aspire to book blog as well as this amazing lady. Her reviews are so well written (and formatted) that I’ll read them even if I don’t really care about the book. I’ve added many books to my TBR list after reading one of her reviews. Her blog is just plain beautiful! This is due to her being an amazing graphic designer. She shares info on giveaways as well as hosting some of her own. I love her Movie Cast Mondays and Movie Trailer Tuesdays too! She’s also a member of Blog with Bite!

Movie Cast Monday – Lament by Maggie Stiefvater – I really love these posts in general. She casts the main characters in a book that she has recently read. This one made me add Lament to my TBR pile.

1. Why did you start a book blog?
Funny story actually I got into the habit of doing short reviews on amazon.com when I came across one of the most terrible books I have ever read. My review was scathing and a bit on the snarky side and the author who stalked her own amazon reviews didn’t take to kindly to the reviews. Along with a few of her fans they began commenting back and forth and it made me think that I needed a bit more control of my reviews – and the ability to delete mean comments, so I started my own blog.
2. If you could have dinner with any author (dead or alive) who would it be?
Edgar Allen Poe – I think he would be a riot.
3. Do you have a secret favorite book? A guilty pleasure?
Its not much of a secret, but I do try to keep my fan girl status on the hush hush, at least to my family and friends in the real world – Twilight.
4. Sum up your day, your life, or yourself using just six words:
Hectic, overstuffed, fun, colorful, sarcastic, off-kilter
