We could all use an extra hour for reading!

Here's where I post book reviews, feature literary tattoos, talk about upcoming books, discuss TV/movies based on books, and share info about giveaways and reading challenges.

Read-a-Thon Update {Hour 20-24}

Although I’m wide awake, my brain doesn’t seem to working properly… Hope this makes sense… I’ll post about my Read-a-Thon experience once I wake up this afternoon :)

Thoughts on current read:

  • Hour 1-4
    • The further I get into the book… the more I can’t put it down… however, I’m really not a morning person AT ALL and am having a hard time staying focused. Taking some time to book blog…
  • Hour 6-8
    • I gave up on Intertwined for now and read Stargirl all at once. I LOVED IT!! I rarely give a book 5 stars… wish I had picked up the sequel. I highly recommend reading this. Makes me want to be more unique.
  • Hour 9-12
    • I’ve started Dark Lover by JR Ward and am having a hard time putting it down to see how my mini-challenge is going and to update on here :)
  • Hour 13-15
    • I’m LOVING this book… but my mini-challenge kept distracting me so I didn’t much further…
  • Hour 16-19
    • I’m so glad I have the Black Dagger Brotherhood a chance!!
  • Hour 20-24
    • I picked Intertwined back up (after trying a couple others) and found that I didn’t put it down out of boredom earlier, but just because I tired. This time the story held my attention with little Mt Dew :) My brain doesn’t seem to be working right now so I’ll wait to review this after I’ve reread some of the end lol.
